“Tim and I met online through EHarmony. He contacted me but he caught my attention because we both had listed “kindness” as the most important quality in a person. He lived in Maryland, and I lived in Richmond, VA. We spent many months traveling back and forth, getting to know each other. These were some of my happiest days, but also some of my saddest–my mom had been diagnosed with late stage lung cancer just before our first date. Sadly, my mom died before our wedding. But, the love that Tim showed me and my family throughout this time reinforced what I already knew–that he was the perfect partner for me. Tim is now my family, and I look forward to the happiest times yet to come.”
